The hydroelectric dam's lake was nearly full after a summer of low electric usage in Georgia and good precipitation and melt to fill it up.

Spring completely transforms the whole country, as I'm sure it does everywhere. The green is so intense, one wonders whether one is seeing it for the first time, every year. I call it Resurrection Season.
